CICO® RS 20 B - rail surface and wheel flange treatment
CICO® RS 20 B, Rail Surface and Wheel Flange Treatment, an ‘all-in-one product’, is used for the simultaneous conditioning of wheel flange and rail surfaces. It leads to convincing noise reduction. The use of CICO® RS 20 B significantly reduces cornering squeal in particular.
CICO® RS 20 B is a thixotropic product and is characterised by its high solids content and good stability. The strongly adhesive release film ensures a dry and homogeneous surface coating even with low consumption, effective even under extreme environmental and pressure loads. It eliminates metal chipping and cracking on wheels and rails. Rolling resistance and wear are reduced, vehicle stability and cornering behaviour are improved. Braking resistance is not impaired.
