Description
CICO® TGM 2020 is a high quality synthetic lubricating and conserving agent. It forms a strongly adhering, transparent protective film with a high penetration effect and is effective in the temperature range from -35°C to the high temperature range of + 270°C, briefly up to +300°C. CICO® TGM 2020 does not contain any organic fats, petroleum derivatives, additives of silicone, graphite, molybdenum disulfide or Teflon. It does not form any undesirable residues. Thanks to the excellent capillary action, it penetrates into the pores of the metal surfaces, dissolves, cleans and forms a high-pressure-resistant lubricating film.
CICO® TGM 2020 is particularly suitable for the lubrication of highly stressed, fast running metal parts in a wide temperature range and with high vibration and shock loads (e.g. gears, brakes, ovens, sliding and roller bearings, joints, chains, wire ropes, etc.).
It is used in all areas of mechanics, from simple plain bearings and chains to devices used in precision instruments. CICO® TGM 2020 offers a high level of corrosion protection and clean lubrication. It increases the service life and reduces maintenance work.
Application information
CICO® TGM 2020 can be used in all areas of mechanics and precision instruments as a lubricating and conserving agent. It is easy to apply, shows a high penetration effect and acts as a wafer-thin film even with a low dosage. CICO® TGM 2020 Spray is recommended for areas that are particularly difficult to access. Here, the spray lance extension is also usefull for targeted use. CICO® TGM 2020 is supplied in 5 l, 10 l and 25 l containers and as a spray (400 ml). Other container sizes on request.
Attention
The spray can is under pressure. It must be kept out of the hands of children and protected from heat and damage. Do not spray against open flames or incandescent objects. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Avoid inhalation of the aerosol and protect the eyes. Only dispose of when spray can is completely empty.
